Treymore Community Realtor Guidelines and Rules
Treymore at the Villages of Palm Aire is a deed restricted community governed by an HOA Board of Directors elected by the 150 homeowners. All residents are bound by the rules and limitations as detailed in the community’s Covenants, Architectural Review Guidelines and additional rules established by the Board of Directors. The Board has established specific guidelines and rules for real estate agents engaged in assisting homeowners sell their homes. Listed below are the rules and guidelines an owner must share with their respective agents when they list their home for sale and the Realtors are expected to respect and adhere to them for the overall benefit of all other homeowners.
Access to our Gated Community:
Treymore is a gated, private community and no real estate agent may use the 24-hour gate code provided to its residents. Residents should never provide their individual gate code to an agent or prospective buyer or vendor.
Access to the community should be through the call box at the front gate, where an agent or prospective buyer calls the home, and the resident buzzes them through the gate.
For Sale Sign Restrictions:
An HOA approved sign must be used in Treymore. Only one sign is allowed. No temporary signs are permitted. The agent should contact the community property management firm, Stokes Property Management, 941-355-4880 for vendor information, or Signs 2 Go, on Lockwood Ridge at University, 941-355-0020 to acquire an approved sign.
Open House Instructions:
The homeowner or the agent must request a day specific gate code and post that information on the call box at the front gate on the day of the open house. Contact Steve Dardinski at 941-216-5900 or via email at [email protected] to acquire the gate code. It must also be removed by the end of the day.
Only 1 Open House sign may only be posted in 3 specific spots within the community:
Be respectful of the neighbors with parking; parking is not permitted on lawns or neighboring driveways.
Open House events may only be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
All signs must be removed by the end of the day.
