Treymore Realtor Rules & Guidelines

Treymore Community Realtor Guidelines and Rules

Treymore at the Villages of Palm Aire is a deed restricted community governed by an HOA Board of Directors elected by the 150 homeowners.  All residents are bound by the rules and limitations as detailed in the community’s Covenants, Architectural Review Guidelines and additional rules established by the Board of Directors. The Board has established specific guidelines and rules for real estate agents engaged in assisting homeowners sell their homes.  Listed below are the rules and guidelines an owner must share with their respective agents when they list their home for sale and the Realtors are expected to respect and adhere to them for the overall benefit of all other homeowners.

Access to our Gated Community:

Treymore is a gated, private community and no real estate agent may use the 24-hour gate code provided to its residents.  Residents should never provide their individual gate code to an agent or prospective buyer or vendor.

Access to the community should be through the call box at the front gate, where an agent or prospective buyer calls the home, and the resident buzzes them through the gate.

For Sale Sign Restrictions:
